Strategic Communication Planner
Description
Overlook Systems has a requirement for experienced Strategic Communication Planners to support the development, maintenance, and revisions of US STRATCOM’s efforts to synchronize and harmonize the commands actions and messages with the policies and guidance of the broader US Government. The position supports a systematic planning and information flow to convey the appropriate message that contributes to and is synchronized with the US Government’s long-term goals.

Omaha, NE.
Education and Experience
Three or more years of military PSYOP, DoS Public Diplomacy, commercial marketing or influence modeling.
Qualifications
Knowledge/ Experience with strategic message development in a cultural context that support the overall strategic communication planning process. The successful candidate should have a background with military PSYOP, DoS public diplomacy, commercial marketing or influence modeling. Additionally, the candidate must be familiar with USSTRATCOM, its mission areas, and its relationships with other Combatant Commands, DoD, other government agencies and industry.
Required
Must be US Government Security Clearance Eligible.
