Senior Information Analyst
Description
The Senior Information Analyst provides technical, managerial, and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex to extremely complex systems in the following areas: DoD Global Information Grid (GIG), Electromagnetic (EM) spectrum issues, Global Positioning System (GPS), Information Assurance (IA). The Senior Information Analyst makes recommendations and advises on organization-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; lifecycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation.
Location
Washington, DC, area.
Education and Experience
Must possess a Bachelors degree in a technical, business, or information systems discipline and have 15 years of experience in the IT field, and at least 10 years of combined new and related older technical experience in the IT field directly related to the required area of expertise.

There are no specific qualifications or certification required beyond those stated above.

Must be US Government Security Clearance Eligible. Flexibility for travel.
