Overlook Systems Technologies, Inc. Announces Broad Support for the 2009 Joint Navigation Conference - June 1-4, 2009
Vienna, VA – Overlook Systems Technologies, Inc. has announced that it will be an Exhibitor at the Joint Navigation Conference (JNC) 2009 to take place June 1-4, 2009 at the Wyndham Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. The Joint Service Data Exchange (JSDE) organization and The Institute of Navigation (ION) are co-sponsoring JNC 2009.
The theme for this year’s conference is “Military Navigation Technology: The Foundation for Military Ops”. In addition to showcasing Overlook services at the conference, Overlook’s Mr. West “Ghost” Kasper and Mr. Doug Taggart are each chairing sessions as part of the Technical Program. Ghost is the Co-Chair for the classified session organizing the agenda and the Warfighter Crosstalk Panel. Mr. Tony Rocco will be presenting briefings on the GYPSY GOLF Test and the NATO Trial IMPERIAL HAMMER. To round out the Overlook team, Ms. Gloria Dumone from the New Mexico team is providing security support for the entire conference. JNC 2009 will be the largest U.S. military navigation conference of the year with joint service and government participation. The event will focus on technical advances in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GN&C) with emphasis on joint development, test and support of affordable GN&C systems, logistics, and integration.
About JSDE: The Joint Service Data Exchange (JSDE) is a joint-service supported organization with representatives of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Draper Laboratory and Penn State University comprising the Executive Board. It is the only tri-service organization that focuses on guidance, navigation and control (GN&C) topics.
