Operations Analyst
In-depth knowledge of technical practices and procedures that are required to operate complex information support centers. Understands information systems technology and its application. Assists support center specialists in performing technical work. Performs routine data manipulation following defined procedures and assists in the interpretation and manipulation of data. Provides quality control over data produced by other technicians. Uses a PC and PC applications to perform technical tasks, generate reports, and communicate with staff and clients. Experience in supervising and training subordinate staff. Able to work independent tasks or projects.

OTHER SERVICES
Senior Corporate Program Security Officer (CPSO) / Corporate Special Security Officer (CSSO)
Individual must have direct knowledge of and a minimum of three- (3) year’s experience in DoD or other United States Government SCI/SAR Program Security. This should include a degree of CPSO/CSSO experience and a working knowledge of the applicable SAR/SCI Directives including computer and information security policies, plus organizational skills. Some related experience with the NISPOM and collateral security policies is a plus.
An Associate Degree in Industrial Security or equivalent experience preferred. A High School Diploma and successful completion of applicable SAR and SCI Courses of Instruction are required.
Senior LAN / Network Management Specialist
Experience in the design, installation, modification and testing of LANs. Responsible for troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments in network operating system software and hardware. Works with other IT staff to design, develop, install, test, debug, modify and maintain applications on the LAN. May also be involved in services related to system backup and implementation / maintenance of network security services.

Associate Software Engineer
Experience in specifying, analyzing, designing, coding, testing and maintaining IT related software. Possesses experience and extensive knowledge of software development methodologies and the development life cycle. Individual has extensive experience in coding with one or more high-level programming languages. Specialty may also include the maintenance of software.

Note: Overlook’s policy is to allow an individual to substitute two years of experience above that required by the minimum for the next higher degree. Furthermore, an individual holding a degree higher than that required by the minimum is allowed to substitute the higher degree for an additional two years of experience. In addition, while the Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees form the basis for the degree requirement, substitution of an equivalent degree is permitted if approved by management and the client.
